To validate a reservation, our guests must send proof of payment and the following information:

For check-in between 2pm and 5pm we will have someone to welcome you, show you the house and help with luggage, and for check-in after 5pm, self check-in will be done. In these cases, we send an explanatory video from the parking spot to the house, and we will give you the password for the locker that are next to the door of each house, to collect the keys and we will always be available for anything you need.

Whenever you confirm your reservation, we will send you instructions by email in your reservation confirmation and the day before check-in, and on the day of your arrival we will contact you via WhatsApp to providing all the necessary assistance, in addition to being always available on contact numbers. .

Check-out

Check-out time: until 11am


If the house is available and the guest wishes to late check out, a 50% of the daily rent fee will be applied. If you would like to change your check out time please let us then we will check if it is possible.


Booking cancellations or any changes

For ustified cancellations up to 5 days before the check-in date of the original reservation, we will refund the full payment. For cancellations between 5 and 3 days in advance, we will refund 50% of the amount paid up until then, or change the reservation for a future trip (using the amount paid as a credit). In case of cancellation less than 72 hours in advance or no-show, the reservation amount will not be refunded. Reservations that have been changed to a future date will not be eligible for a full refund, as the check-in date taken into account for the cancellation request will always be the original check-in date.

There will be no refund if if the guest decides to leave the house earlier. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation and agreement between host and guest.

We reserve the right to warn and guide, or even immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the neighborhood peace and/or violation of property rules, organizing parties, extra pets without our permission or failure to pay rent in full.

Our internet network is fiber optic, with good speed, very reliable and we are responsible for its operation within the space and homes, but as it is a service provided by third parties we cannot be held responsible in cases of failure, such as power outages or fluctuations. on the network. Therefore, there will be no refund of any amount in case of failures in these services.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as well as any item belonging to the space and the house. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the space regulations and rules. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.

Visitors

If the customer wishes to receive visitors during their stay, they must contact the administrators to request permission for this visit. Visitors cannot use the parking lot, as there are a limited number of spots at the parking.
